Born between city streets and beach days, Greenport and Astoria shaped Nina's work ethic and perspective. She brings the hustle of a city girl with an appreciation for patience, timing, and long-term value—qualities that matter in real estate. Driven by a passion for sales, she's intentional about building relationships and placing herself in rooms with the right people. As a strong communicator and connector, she specializes in bringing buyers, sellers, and opportunities together to get deals done.  

 

When Nina is not hanging out in Astoria, you can find her in her second home, Greenport, Long Island. She can often be spotted there enjoying quality time with her family. She is a graduate of Queens College and holds a B.A. in Family Consumer Sciences.
